This will guide you through the process of finding your new place to call home. Be sure to read this before filling out the rental application.
A PDF sample of our rental application. We have this form available to you in our office. If it is more convenient you can print this form out and complete it before coming to our office.
A PDF sample of our lease. We will fill this out once you have been approved to rent one of our properties. Be sure to completely read this document. This a legal and binding.
The move in packet is all of the paperwork that you will receive at the signing of the lease.
This will include all of the necessary steps you must take before you move out of one of our properties.
We have several options available from month to month to lease renewal for another year. Contact us at (513) 424-1212.
This inspection form should be filled out, noting any damages and/or problems in your unit, and returned to the manager’s office at 20 S. Breiel Blvd.
When you come in to sign the lease we will call the appropriate utility company.
To speed up this process we ask that you call prior to coming into our office and take care of making these arrangements. Utilities must be transferred into your name within 48 hours of lease signing.
